Spa Policies
At Spatopia, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of the company policies and procedures listed below. These policies were designed to ensure a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Private Parties
We accommodate parties for all occasions. For a unique party idea contact the Spatopia location nearest you and let us know how we may assist you in planning a wonderful day at the spa. We specialize in Group and Bridal Parties, large or small. A 50% deposit is required for party reservations, and will be applied toward your services.
Check-In
To enhance your experience and allow time to fill out the necessary new client information form, we suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment. In the event you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow the staff to be on time for the next client.
Cancellation policy
Due to the fact that scheduled appointments cannot be available for other awaiting clients, we respectfully require that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance (72 hours for parties). To avoid charges, please honor our cancellation policy. We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and canceling your appointment may be necessary. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee or loss of gift certificate. Also, two or more bookings require a credit card on file.
If you are late for an appointment
When you book an appointment with us your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, or esthetician whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. In the event that you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible to pay the full amount for the time you have reserved and you will receive the remaining time of your treatment. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the treatment will be charged to the credit card used to hold the reservation.
Cell Phones & Pagers
For a relaxing spa experience, please turn cell phones and pagers on silent while in the spa.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of your service. In recognition of the care and outstanding service provided by your massage or skin care professional, your generosity is appreciated.
Age Requirements
For massage and spa services, guests must be at least 18 years of age. For skin care services guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian’s approval.
Special Needs & Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well-being is of the utmost importance to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions by including it on your new client information form and also discussing with your massage or skin care professional. Discuss your special needs or requests with our friendly reception staff so they may place you with a therapist or skin care professional that is right for you. Be sure to discuss any specific requests with your therapist or skin care professional so they can customize your session.
Spatopia accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, pre-paid gift cards and cash.
